If you need further information for a person oy you are acting on behalf of another individual, then please seek further advice from your local social services.

Q2) How will I know if I’m eligible for direct payment?

You can complete an online assessment form for your borough, this will then tell you whether you are eligible or not to receive direct payment support.

If you are eligible, Best Care JS can then support you to complete a care needs assessment, to understand all your needs before starting your care package with us.
